IN A NUTSHELL: Derek hates his name. Call him Aero. Aero is a free-spirited, thoughtful boy who likes wolves.
YEARS GO BY: 16, Junior
LOOK IN THE MIRROR: Aero is a tallish junior, long-legged and lanky from his years of running. He has scruffy black hair, and green eyes, the right one of which posesses a scar along its edge. His framework is lithe and strong from running, and he usually wears jeans and a novelty grey tee decorated with black along its edges and a black lion or wolf in its centre, roaring.
Aero is, obviously, a werewolf. He maintains his lithe build and the scar across his eye, and his fur is short and grey, except along his muzzle, where it grows white. Dark black patterns stretch across his right foreleg, stomach, ears, back, tail, and left hind-leg.

Aero is cheery, if simplistic. He dosen't usually know people well enough to allow them to know much about him. He's mostly friends with the boys on his track team, and has a strong bond with Cody, who he dosen't know is a drake, and Blade. What almost everyone knows about him is that he loves wolves, often spacing out in class and drawing them, or wishing he was a wolf. Ask him a fact about wolves and he'll probably know it. He also has a close bond with his girlfriend, Juniper Frost. Those who know him better, however, admire him for his stubbornness towards what he believes in and his amiable nature.

REWIND: The night Aero got his scar was the worst night of his life. He refuses adamantly to talk to anyone about it, even Juniper, as it has traumatized him for life.
